The Special Commission on Correctional Funding will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.

The public is invited to participate in this virtual meeting, which will be livestreamed on Zoom and may be viewed by the public at the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89301688546. Commissioners will receive a separate invitation to attend as panelists.
Members of the public who wish to testify may register by providing contact information on the following form by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 2, 2022: https://forms.gle/hFRQ79HjGbBThohz8. Once registered, further instruction will be provided on how to participate. Testimony must be related to the commission’s charge set forth in Section 101 of Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2019; namely, to study funding levels for each sheriff’s department and the department of correction.
The Chairs reserve the right to call public officials out of turn. Additionally, the schedule, agenda, and format of the meeting are subject to change at the discretion of the Chairs.
